We are looking for employees for the following positions:

Junior System Administrator (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior System Administrator (m/f/d) to work both at our office in Bolzano and at our clients’ premises across the province, in order to assist them with simple IT-related issues. You will play a key role in solving problems that may arise in the systems and will be able to analyse and deal with them independently or as part of a team.

YOUR NEW TASKS

  • Support and troubleshooting
  • Ticket processing in accordance with SLAs
  • Troubleshooting as part of 1st level support
  • Ensuring user communication (by telephone, email, ticket) and regular status updates/documentation in the ticket system
  • Software maintenance, patch management

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist, system integration specialist, systems electronics technician, technical assistant for information technology, and at least 1 year of professional experience in IT customer support or hotline operations
  • Experience in telephone IT support and in dealing with ticket systems is an advantage
  • Experience of operating systems, Office environment and mobile devices;
  • Very good written and spoken German and/or English skills;
  • Good dialogue and communication skills;
  • Class B driving licence

    Marketing & Communication Specialist (f/m/d)

    To expand our team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing marketing strategies aimed at achieving the company’s objectives, managing brand identity, and overseeing communication activities and event organisation.

    What will your responsibilities be?
    – Managing the company’s communication channels (website and LinkedIn)
    – Drafting texts on technological topics (German/Italian/English)
    – Planning, monitoring and analysing online and offline marketing campaigns
    – Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary
    – Organising events, promotional activities and team-building initiatives
    – Managing relationships with vendors, distributors, customers and web agencies
    – Coordination and alignment of internal and external corporate communications (presentations, documents and official communications)
    – Management and archiving of corporate documentation (contracts, administrative files, correspondence)
    – Operational support to management: diary, appointments, meetings and reporting
    – Coordination with suppliers, customers and internal contacts regarding bureaucratic and administrative procedures
    – Monitoring deadlines and following up on ongoing activities
    – Support with order management

    What do you bring to the role?
    – Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic environments.
    – Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management and analytics
    – Excellent written and oral communication skills
    – An independent, structured and pragmatic approach to work
    – An interest in marketing within the IT sector
    – Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
